Thank you for supporting my work. Every purchase helps me continue writing the Echoes of the Night series, and I truly appreciate it.

Returns

 

Because many books are signed or personalized, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  •  Buyer's remorse 
  •  Accidental purchases 
  •  Personalized or signed books 
  •  Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect the readability of the book 

Please make sure your shipping address and order details are correct before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

  •  Your order number 
  •  A description of the issue 
  •  Photos of the damaged item and packaging 

If the damage occurred during shipping or an incorrect item was sent, I'll gladly replace the book or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Lost Packages

 

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact me. I'll work with the shipping carrier to determine the best solution.

Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
